Wow these are really nice. I am afraid they are quite small though ...

That's why they're so cute! :) Also, air plants don't need soil, just a light mist of water every now and then. Perfect for my not-so-green thumbs... that's why Shawn takes care of the plants.

They actually have a little hut full of terrarium stuff as well as ready made ones at the Philadelphia Zoo near the old children's zoo.

I was surprised the other day when I went and we passed it... practically drug my boyfriend inside haha. West Elm has some amazingly gorgeous geometric ones as well!

Here's a good list of places to find materials and such!

What an amazing reference, thank you so much!! And I still have yet to go to the zoo... yet another reason to check it out one of these days!

My family and I have a membership since we go so often. They are constantly adding new things with all the renovations and what have you. Their new children's zoo is quite cute though it looks smaller than the previous one.

On a totally random note you should look into Disqus commenting. (The free version is more than enough and is what I have implimented at Crashbeauty.com) It is one of my favorite commenting installations.

I always try to get everyone to use it because it lets you know when someone has replied to your comment on any blog you've posted on that utilizes disqus. Plus it pulls the color scheme from your site so it matches and looks all pretty haha.

Plus it has better security and comment restrictions. When I used google's commenting I kept getting spammed.

Oh if you do it be sure to import your google comments!

I've actually been curious about Disqus, thank you for the recommendation. I think I'll check it out!
